The 93rd Mechanized Brigade has actively participated in the defense and liberation of Ukrainian territories since 2014 but gained International notarity after the 2022 full scale invasion.
Originally posted in Sumy Oblast this skilled brigade was a major player in the defense and liberation of Kharkiv and surrounding areas in the Oblast including Izyum district.
Following the intense battles in Kharkiv, the Brigade was dispatched to defend the areas in and around Bakhmut and Soledar where they were involved in some of the heaviest fighting in the country against the Wagner Group.
In 2024, the 93rd Mechanized Brigade remains in the most Eastern parts of Donetsk Oblast, most notably defending the areas in and around Chasiv Yar and Klishiivka.
